Service was slow to start and finish but brought out the food very quickly. When the server was at the table, she was not very friendly or helpful. It's a dinner so I guess I shouldn't have expected much. Food was fine and the restaurant was spacious and open

Yes they do.
It is a very good place to eat! Has a very casual atmosphere and nice people working there! I would recommend The Promenade for all ages to go and eat....
